The reason is still I love you

This is one of my favorite Western pop songs in my teenager years was Don’t Sleep Away This Night My Baby by Daniel Sahuleka, a Dutch singer of Maluku descent. Tough I didn’t know what the song was about at that time but I like the melody so much. This song was my father favourite, when the night came He turn on the audio tape and apparent I heard it in my bedroom. This is the best evergreen ever. Later on, as English improved, I learned, to my dismay, that the word “baby” may also mean “lover". And I hope the meaning is not corrupted and take on such an adult dimension.
